Q. How long will it take to get an estimate from Cabinets Plus?

         A. Most estimates are generally available within 24-72 hours after initial contact.


Q.  How long will  it take to have our kitchen custom built and installed?

           A. At Cabinets Plus we pride ourselves on customer service, we do however have

                                     a first come first serve policy.
           
Q.  How long does it take to custom build a kitchen?
         
                                A.  Usually 1--1 ½ weeks, depending on size requested.

Q.  How long does it take to install the new kitchen?

                                A.  Installation usually takes 1--3 days.

Q.  Does Cabinets Plus charge for the initial visit and estimate?

                                A.  No, absolutely NOT!

Q.  Does Cabinets Plus remove old cabinets or appliances?

                                A.  We do not do any removal or demolition.

Q.  Does Cabinets Plus install counter tops?

                                A.  No, but we will refer you to a contractor we work with for counter top installation.

Q.  Does Cabinets Plus do the electrical or plumbing?

                                 A. Cabinets Plus specializes in CABINETS and does not do any  plumbing or electrical
                                       work, this is referred Out.

Q. Does anyone have to be at home during installation?

                                 A. No, but the choice is yours.

Q. Is Cabinets Plus bonded?

                                 A. Yes

Q. Does Cabinets Plus clean up after the installation is complete?

                                 A. Absolutely!

Q. Are the cabinets durable?

                                 A. Yes, with a little care your custom built cabinets will last a very long time.

Q. Is there a warranty on the cabinets or hardware?

                                 A. Yes, we offer a 1 year limited warranty on all our custom cabinets and a limited life
                                       time warranty on all hardware.

Q. What is Cabinets Plus coverage area?

                                 A. Ventura County, as well as Santa Barbara  and Los Angeles< additional charge will
                                       apply for SB and LA  areas>

Q. Does Cabinets Plus accept credit cards?
   
                                 A.  Not yet but, we are in the process of setting up the system to accept  MasterCard, Visa,
                                       Discover, and American Express.


Q. Can I be involved in the process of planning and designing my kitchen?

                                 A. Absolutely, and highly encouraged!
